Safehaven Project for Community Living, The
Provides residential and respite care for children with multiple disabilities and complex medical needs. Two residential homes are located in Aurora and Woodbridge and provide weekend respite for newborns to 19 years old. Safehaven finds new ways to improve the quality of life for families with children who cannot walk, talk, see or hear.

Saint Elizabeth Health Care
Provides in-home health care services by registered nurses, rehabilitation therapists, social workers, and crisis counsellors. Areas of specialty include: mental health, addiction, long-term care and gerontology services, child and family services, and palliative care. Access to Ontario staff speaking more than 41 languages for translation. Services are delivered in home, workplace or other location of choice.

Provides a range of services to families and individuals, including spiritual development and clothing. Provides emergency non-perishable food to residents of York Region. Residents may use monthly, including Christmas. At Christmas also provides food hamper and toys for children up to 12 years old. Provides emergency shelter and supportive counselling for abused women and their children in crisis and/or abusive situations. Educates the community around issues related to woman abuse.
